When Breathwork entered my life, I knew from the very first sessions that I was going to share the profound magic of attuning to your very own breath.
Prior to breathwork I’d spent 14 years in a busy corporate lifestyle of footwear product development and design. It was a fun and exciting time in my life, yet I was often running on burnout and numbing out A LOT.
When I quit the role I’d spent the prior 14 years working towards I went down the quintessential path of yoga study and brewing Kombucha. Stereotypical as it sounds it was one of the greatest gifts and best decisions I’ve made. My self awareness grew and as yoga became a part of life, other holistic practices continued to take my attention.
Then breathwork literally arrived when I needed it the most. Becoming a parent was the rebirth and catalyst to live life in alignment with self & express myself more authentically. Like many others, the internal space of my nervous system was quickly put to the test. The masks I had continued to put up in life weren’t going to cut it anymore. Experiencing life as a highly sensitive being was my greatest strength and it was breathwork that guided me towards it. On the outside I beamed confidence and optimism. Yet on the inside I was often feeling the turmoil of disconnect, fatigue and anxiety. Breathwork has brought me an inner sense of peace with self, a deeper trust for the process of life and enthusiasm in what is creatively available to us all.
It never ceases to amaze me the shifts that are made as one sets meaningful intention and breathes. There lies a magic in the subtlety of the breath that deepens our connection to self and all.
I am so grateful to share this profound and integrative tool.

Online and in person one-to-one sessions offer the opportunity to work deeply with intention setting and connect to your breath, your own innate healing.
1.5 hours - just for you. Intention setting, a space to breathe deeply, and nurture your nervous system, ending with a supported debrief for integration.
2.5 hours - full lush RBM breathwork session. All the space and time dedicated for you to craft your intention, immerse in a 90-minute breathe, and debrief to gently integrate through supported reflection.
In person Coolum Beach, QLD or Online via Zoom
Enrich your personal process by experiencing the interconnection & magic of breathing within a small group dynamic of 2 - 4 breathers online.
Includes: Intention setting, 90 min breathwork cycle and debrief.
